If a group wants to check in earlier or check out later, $15.00 each additional hour, if property is available and arrangements are made in advance.

Resident reservations can be made after December 1 for next year.
Non-resident reservations begin January 2 of each year.

Cancellations:
100% of paid amount will be refundable if canceled within 90 days of event date.
50% of paid amount will be refundable if canceled within 30 days of event date.
0% of paid amount will be refundable if canceled within 29 or fewer days of event date.
