At City Council Meeting in February, we had a sweet surprise. Two families from Bloomington City, the Turner's and Kearl's, who represent Modern Woodmen, came to say thank you for all the work the Board does. It was a sweet surprise as their thank you included this cute poster and cupcakes for all. 2-5-2014
