DRINKING WATER STATUS CANCELLATION OF BOIL ORDER Customers of City of Bloomington PWS6040007 were notified on December 22, 2025, of a negative E.coli test with our drinking water and were advised to boil consumed water. We are pleased to report that the follow-up testing has been corrected and that it is no longer necessary to boil any water. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience. All samples have returned negative for contamination. On Thursday, December 19, 2025, the positive test that was recorded was taken at the tank and chlorine is introduced after that point, so the chlorine should negate any e-coli should it exist.
