City Position Available -- Treasurer The City of Bloomington is looking for a qualified person interested in the Treasurer position to contact the City Clerk or any of the City Councilors or Mayor. Experience in working in QuickBooks Online and Excel spreadsheets is desired.  Responsibilities would include: Collect information for accounts payable; payment of bills, and payroll.
